1. Any 1/18 RC car. New or can use one you already have. Added mods have to get subtracted from your $150 mod budget.2. Only one rig per person.
3. $150 max budget on mods. Can use old mods just have to subtract original price from budget.
4. Build off will end towards the end of October with a car show and comp to follow.
