Micro-dose Filling and Intention Setting Workshop

This workshop begins with an introduction to micro-dosing education, where we will explore what micro-dosing is and how to work with it consciously. Together we will also spend time exploring personal intention, helping you clarify what you hope to learn, shift, or invite into your life through this practice.

The class includes a hands-on experience where you will learn how to prepare and fill your own doses. You will leave with three months’ worth of medicine, a capsule filling machine, a scale, and other helpful tools so you can continue making them at home.

You will also receive access to an online video tutorial you can refer back to anytime as a reminder of the capsule-filling process.
