During the workshop, we’ll work through a dedicated worksheet to help you clarify and anchor a clear intention for your practice. You’ll also learn how to track your experience over time, explore your ideal dose, and receive hands-on guidance in preparing and filling your own doses. You’ll leave with three months’ worth of medicine, plus all the tools needed to continue at home—including a precise scale, capsule-filling machine, and a follow-up instructional video sent via email. Along with worksheets to help you track your healing journey with this medicine.
