Michigan Central Station Photowalk

Join as we photograph the historic Michigan Central Station and Corktown. Meet other photographers, share ideas, and make photos with us!

We will begin our walk outside of Michigan Central Station and photograph the historic architecture and surrounding neighborhood streets. ✨Please note we will not be entering Michigan Central Station, only photographing the outside.✨ Wear comfortable walking shoes and be prepared to walk for just over an hour.

📷 This walk is meant to be low-key, fun, and community-focused. That said, our staff will be along for the ride and are happy to answer photography-related questions as we walk!

We plan on meeting in front of Michigan Central Station, at the point marked on the map below (2001 15th St, Detroit, MI 48216)

Parking recommendation according to the : "Michigan Central is located within a dense residential area. All guests, visitors, and attendees of The Station...are asked to park at , located just across Bagley Street, at 1501 Wabash St., to ensure the lightest impact on our neighbors. Parking regulations on side streets are strictly enforced by the City of Detroit."
