About this Event

Your Next Opportunity Starts Here

Have you been impacted by the criminal justice system and are looking for a job, career opportunity, or resources to help you move forward?

Join us for the Michiana Area Second Annual Second Chance Job & Resource Fair!

Meet directly with employers who are open to hiring individuals with justice-system involvement and connect with community organizations offering resources and support in areas such as:

• Employment and career opportunities
• Workforce training and education
• Reentry services
• Community and family support
• Additional resources to help you reach your goals

Whether you are looking for your first job after incarceration, a career change, training opportunities, or simply want to learn what resources are available, you are welcome here.

Come prepared to meet employers, explore opportunities, ask questions, and connect with people who want to see you succeed.

Your past does not have to define your future. Come discover what opportunities are waiting for you.

This event is sponsored by REFORM Alliance, the Hoosier Initiative for Re-entry (HIRE) through the Indiana Department of Correction, the MLK Dream Center, and University of Notre Dame Institute for Social Concerns.
