Hi -- if you're reading this, I'm excited to share that I'm co-hosting my first wellness retreat at the Kripalu Institute in Stockbridge, Massachusetts from February 7th - 9th.
It's called "Pause & Reconnect," which pretty much sums up the intent--to give us all the tools, environment, and means to pause and re-ground ourselves (which might feel really important after this inauguration).
I'll be leading journalling, discussion, writing, and creative sessions and my friend Pilin will be leading yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness practices.
It would mean the world to me if you could make it out.
