Michelle Malone is a fierce, genre-blending songwriter whose music spans a 40 year winding career through folk, roots rock, Americana, and country blues and is built on independence and artistic conviction. Malone is known for her emotionally direct writing, powerful vocals, and songs that balance grit with vulnerability. She’s an underground legend in the fabric of Georgia Music. She’s been "a satellite member" of the Indigo Girls, a guitarist in The Kristian Bush Band (Sugarland), performed with the Atlanta Symphony with Gregg Allman and Chuck Leavell of the Rolling Stones, and forged a career that's taken the award-winning songwriter around the world on her own solo career which is celebrating 40 years as of 2026. She may be the only musician to have toured with both ZZ Top and Ellen Degeneres.
