SPECIAL GUESTS: We’re happy to announce that Rafael Cruz, renowned preacher and father of U.S. Senator Ted Cruz, will be performing the invocation for the evening’s event. Attendees will also enjoy a special performance by the Dallas-based Sassafras Dance Group, bringing energy, artistry, and timeless entertainment to the event.

This isn't your typical campaign event. It's a family-friendly evening of entertainment, patriotism, conservative leadership, and celebration as we honor 250 years of American freedom while supporting Michael Slaughter for Collin County Commissioner, Precinct 2. We're bringing back everything people loved last year and making it even bigger.
We're hosting this event at Southfork Ranch, one of the most recognizable venues in Texas and famously known as the home of the TV show Dallas. Located in the heart of Parker, Southfork offers a unique blend of Texas history, atmosphere, and tradition. Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the Southfork Mansion in small groups, making this a truly memorable evening.
Headlining the event is Chad Prather, bringing his signature mix of comedy, music, and unapologetic commentary. If you've seen him before, you know what to expect. If you haven't, you won't want to miss it. The evening will also feature live music, family-friendly carnival activities, great food, and opportunities to connect with fellow conservatives from across Collin County.
The evening will be led by our Master of Ceremonies, the Honorable Kathy Ward.

Includes event admission and dinner, along with the opportunity to display campaign materials and engage with voters throughout the evening. To keep the area organized and accessible, candidates may bring one sign up to 18" x 24" for display and additional campaign signs or literature for attendees to take home. We will also provide a dedicated Sign Pickup Area where guests can collect campaign materials from participating candidates.
