Michael Schenker stond nog maar net in zijn tienerjaren toen hij als gitarist van Scorpions en later UFO naam begon te maken. Vooral met dat laatste groeide hij uit tot een van de meest herkenbare gitaristen uit de hardrock. Technisch scherp, melodieus en altijd met gevoel voor timing. Tijdens de My Years with UFO Tour 2026 keert hij terug naar dat invloedrijke hoofdstuk, met een liveset vol werk uit zijn tijd bij UFO. Denk aan klassiekers als ‘Doctor Doctor’, ‘Rock Bottom’ en ‘Lights Out’ – gespeeld met een band die het vuur en de finesse van toen terug weet te brengen. Voor wie ooit gegrepen werd door UFO, of gewoon wil horen waarom Michael Schenker nog steeds wordt genoemd als inspiratiebron voor generaties gitaristen
