Portola Hotel & Spa is delighted to invite you to an evening of culinary excellence and fine wine as we present a spectacular five-course wine dinner in partnership with Michael David Winery.Set against the backdrop of live music by the International Duo, this exclusive six-course dinner exceptionally pairs locally sourced ingredients and hand-selected wines from Michael David’s extensive portfolio.
Join us inside The Club Room with Portola Hotel's new Chef de Cuisine, Chef Santiago Mendivil and Michael David's winery representative, Gary Krause, who will share the inspirations behind each pairing, offering an immersive experience into the flavors, regions, and craftsmanship that define these celebrated wines.
