The Marketplace is part of our immersive 40,000 square foot experience that brings to life all things MIC. The Marketplace is the hub of the conference, open to all attendees and home to our sponsor booths, resources, various lounges, happy hours, and social events.

The Marketplace is designed for optimal attendee foot traffic and has a number of interactive installations that draw in and excite crowds. The marketplace is open Wednesday afternoon and all day Thursday and Friday. We’ll feature extended mid-day breaks and dedicated “expo time” to maximize your brand’s exposure.

Booths Include:

• 6’ skirted table, standard side chairs, & wastebasket
• Access to shared conference WiFi
• Shared 5 AMP / 500-Watt electrical drop
• Exhibitor logo will be displayed on the conference website

Travel Arrangements: Attendees are solely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, passes may be transferred to another individual before 30th September 2023 for a transfer fee of $50.

Media Recording: The MIC event will be recorded in photographs and videos. By attending, you acknowledge that your image may be captured and subsequently used to promote future MIC events. MIC retains all rights to the images and footage captured.

Schedule Alterations: Please note that the conference schedule is subject to change.

Badges: Attendees must wear their badges for all conference activities. Failure to display a badge will result in denied access.

Privacy: We value your privacy. Your email and shipping/billing addresses will never be shared with third parties.

Violation of the code of conduct may lead to removal from the conference at the discretion of the event organizers. Please note that in such cases, no refunds will be provided.
