This event is a collaboration between Miami Life Center and Yoga 4 Change, a non-profit organization working to foster holistic well-being, resilience, and transformation for individuals and communities through evidence-based trauma-informed programs. Whether you’re a yoga teacher or a beginner on the path, you will learn new ways to lead with empathy, and cultivate a culture of care and belonging in your life.
You’ll join our incredible roster of instructors for a wide range of yoga styles and learn about best practices in workshops all weekend long.
