Pesca Rooftop Kitchen and Bar is a casual Florida coastal kitchen and bar offering spectacular views of Vilano Beach, St. Augustine, and beyond. The concept is inspired by the Latin and Caribbean flavors that Chef Michael Lugo seeks out when traveling south to his native Puerto Rico.
