Mezcal is more than a spirit — it’s a celebration of tradition, terroir, and craftsmanship. Produced across different regions of Mexico using time-honored methods, each expression of mezcal tells a story shaped by agave, earth, fire, and community.
Join us for an immersive tasting experience featuring Derrumbes Mezcal, a producer dedicated to showcasing regional styles from across Mexico. We’ll explore six distinct varieties, each highlighting unique production techniques and flavor profiles — from bright and citrusy to smoky and complex.
And because great mezcal deserves great food… we’re pairing it with a traditional taco bar 🌮🔥

• Guided tasting of all 6 Derrumbes mezcal expressions: Oaxaca, Michoacán, San Luis Potosí, Zacatecas, Tamaulipas & Durango.
