About this Event

This tasting experience is designed in three chapters:

• Chapter 1: Evoke the Senses - Activate all five senses and your appetite by with a mezcal tasting as an apertif. This includes three tastings and a seasonal charcuterie board.
• Chapter 2: The Art of the Agave Cocktail - Dive into the art and science of the agave plant and cocktails. Each guests will receive a hibiscus mezcal beverage and empanadas appetizier. Unlock the untold stories of the agave.
• Chapter 3: Garnish with Elegance - We will close the session with a chocolate tasting and community toast.

Hosted by Argelia who is studying to get certified as a Mezcalogist from the University of Michoacan in Mexico. She is dedicated to hosting mezcal tasting experiences that honor culture and community in Chicago.
