People constantly ask us what we miss about NYC. The #1 thing we miss is the Mexican brunch we would have nearly every weekend. So, we've enlisted Anhelo Teocihui to give it a try.Please join us in testing out our first ever Brewklyn Mexican Brunch! Because this is a test and involves extra cost and work from Anhelo Teocihui, FOOD WILL ONLY BE PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO RSVP "GOING". RSVPing "INTERESTED" will not guarantee you food. Please understand -- we are trying to avoid food waste.
BRUNCH OFFERING (keeping it simple with 1 item for test):
Chilaquiles -- handmade totopos (fried corn tortillas) smothered with your choice of sauce (green tomatillo or red tomato), plus chicken, frijoles refritos (pureed black beans), and sour cream.
Anhelo Teocihui will also offer Tacos al Pastor (pork marinated in a mixture of chile guajillo, tropical fruits and anato seeds).
