Discover the sounds, stories, and rhythms of pre-Hispanic instruments native to Mexico. Through a live performance and teach-in, we'll explore the history, uses, and cultural significance of these instruments, including where they appear in ancient codices. Then step in and be part of the music during an open jam. Because at the end of the day, this music was always a community thing. Everyone danced, everyone sang.
