Join Selena for a 90-minute experience that blends ancient wisdom with modern healing. This Loving-Kindness Metta Sound Bath is designed to cultivate self-appreciation, compassion for others, and a sense of connection with the Divine.Metta, often translated as “loving-kindness,” is one of the oldest forms of meditation found in Buddhist and Tibetan traditions. It is a gentle yet powerful practice of directing well-wishes - peace, love, compassion - first to yourself, then to loved ones, your community, and ultimately the whole world. Over time, this practice has been known to ease stress, soften the heart, and foster a deeper sense of belonging.
In this session, Selena will guide you through an explorative journey of Metta meditation, sound, and spiritual connection to strengthen the bond between mind, body, and soul. As you rest, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other healing instruments will weave through the space, expanding your unique vibration into the universe. As we explore this energy and mindfulness, we will approach subtle blockages or emotions that may be lingering in the body, allowing the sounds to release senses of tension and spite toward outside forces.
