A city run by machines. A robot built to act like us.
Fritz Lang's silent science-fiction masterpiece Metropolis with a live score performed right in front of the film by two critically acclaimed, adventurous musicians: Nashville pedal steel innovator Luke Schneider (Margo Price, Orville Peck) and Ryan Norris of Coupler (Kompakt, Lincoln Center, the Smithsonian).
A heady movie, a trippy live score, and a great date night with a timely subject matter. The hall seats about 100, and our first show was a full house, so grab tickets early.
