About this Event
Metro’s Leadership will provide an overview of recent improvements and investments in our bus service such as the addition of 13 miles of new bus lanes and the launch of the Metro Pulse app.
Following the presentation, attendees can engage directly with subject matter experts in Bus Planning and Transportation, Bus Priority, Fleet, Digital Modernization, Metro Integrated Control and Communications Center, Customer Service, and MTPD. The event will also give attendees the opportunity to check out one of Metro’s newest buses with Metro’s Assistant Chief Transportation Officer for Bus.

Welcome Remarks
Info: Metro Leadership will open the evening by welcoming attendees, sharing the purpose of the town hall, and outlining how customer feedback plays a role in shaping bus service improvements across the region.
Continuously Improving Our Bus Service
Info: In 2025, Metro added 13 miles of bus lanes and launched the new Metro Pulse app. This year, we improved our inclement weather response, reduced crime, improved bus facilities and fleet, and launched all-door boarding. Senior leadership will share many of the improvements we've made over the last few years and preview what's to come.

Info: Attendees will rotate through interactive topic tables to engage directly with Metro subject matter experts in Bus Planning and Transportation, Bus Priority, Fleet, Digital Modernization, Metro Integrated Control and Communications Center, Customer Service, and MTPD. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, discuss specific routes, and share ideas and recommendations.

Bus Tour
Info: Following the program, attendees will have the opportunity to tour one of Metro’s newest buses with Metro’s Assistant Chief Transportation Officer for Bus and learn about the features and investments supporting a safer, more reliable ride.
