Join Niskanen Center Senior Fellow Denise Bell for a presentation on Opportunity by Design: How States Turn Immigration Into Economic Advantage , followed by a conversation with former DHS Assistant Secretary Eva A. Millona, Kristie De Peña, Kit Taintor, Amanda Bergson-Shilcock, Dr. Katie Brown, and Jimmy Hallyburton on what's working, why, and where states can go next to translate workforce policy into economic advantage. The evening will conclude with a rooftop reception at the Niskanen Center.
