Metro Detroit Gym Girlies Presents: Hiking Trail, Cider and Vibes

Get ready for a fall adventure filled with fitness, fresh air, and fun! 🌾 We’re taking the Gym Girlies outside for a group trail hike, followed by a cozy stop to grab some cider and donuts for some fun and fellowship!

We’ll kick things off with a meet and greet, to mingle, check in and set the vibes! We will then make our way to the hiking trail, where we’ll enjoy crisp fall air, scenic trails, and that good endorphin rush. After the hike, we’ll reward ourselves with all the autumn favorites—fresh apples and cider, warm donuts, and good vibes at the cider mill.
