Methods to Enhance Learning for Physical, Cognitive or Sensory DIsabilties

Come and join us at the 4H Therapeutic Riding Program of Carroll County for an event focused on innovative teaching and cueing techniques to promote learning and carryover for individuals with physical, cognitive and sensory disabilities. Learn how to creat an inclusive and supportive environment that maximizes learning for all participants. This in person even is a great opportunity to connect with experts in the field and and enhance your skills in Therapeutic Riding instruction or occupational, physical, or speech therapy using equine movement. This workshop provides 6 hrs. of Disablilty continueing education required for CTRI certified professionals. Other disciplines are encouraged to contact their professional certifiying organization for inquiry of continueing education qualification. Lunch and refreshments are included.
