Explore Inner Healing Through Meditation and Creative Expression
Join us for a transformative 3-part metaphysical painting series designed to awaken your inner wisdom, dissolve energetic blocks, and reconnect you to joy. Each class begins with a guided meditation or visualization, followed by intentional painting using a variety of mediums. No painting experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Class 1: Aug. 28th Aligning the Chakras – Painting from Inner Balance
Connect – Ground – Illuminate
In this opening session, we begin with a gentle meditation to tune into the body's energy centers, activating and aligning each chakra from root to crown. You'll be guided to visualize colors, symbols, and sensations that emerge during the meditation and translate them into your own intuitive chakra-inspired artwork. Using mixed media—paints, pastels, and collage—we’ll explore the vibrational language of color and shape to create a piece that reflects your personal energy flow.
Class 2: Sept. 25th Letting Go – Painting for Emotional Release
Unburden – Cleanse – Transform
This powerful class invites you to go inward and explore what needs to be released—old stories, emotional weight, limiting beliefs. Through breathwork and visualization, you'll access the subconscious layers ready to be transmuted. Then, using expressive techniques such as layering, scraping, and fluid media, you'll create an abstract piece that captures your release process. The focus is on movement, emotion, and surrendering to the unknown.
Class 3: Oct. 16th Experiencing Joy – Painting Your Radiance
Expand – Celebrate – Shine
Our final session celebrates the lightness that follows deep healing. We begin with a heart-opening meditation to tap into your innate joy, gratitude, and creative vitality. You’ll be encouraged to paint freely, guided by what brings you delight—bright colors, playful strokes, spontaneous patterns. This is a space to let your inner child lead. The painting process becomes a joyful ritual of self-expression, aliveness, and embodiment of your radiance.
