We're super excited to welcome gourmet burger truck Metal Kitchen back to the California Street Tasting Room on Saturday, November 16th from 12-8pm.Metal head and culinary wizard Chef Daniel founded Metal Kitchen food truck to combine his passion for metal music and cuisine. Daniel has been immersed in the culinary world for over a decade, working as a chef, teaching cooking classes, and refining his craft. Metal Kitchen is an extension of his ethos, using only the finest ingredients from fresh hand-ground beef made from a priority blend of chuck and brisket, to freshly grated cheeses, hand-cut fries, home-smoked bacon and house-made sauces. Chef Daniel will be serving up his creatively named burgers like the "Cowboy From Hell," the "Motorhead," and the "Fight Fire with Fire" on Saturday, November 16th from 12-8pm at the California Street Tasting Room!
