Metal 2 The Masses Heat 5! 🤘20 Bands will be competing for a chance to win a coveted slot on The New Blood Stage at this years Bloodstock Festival! 🤘
Preliminary Heats are 50% Crowd Vote and 50% Judges Panel Vote!
Each paid entry will receive a voting chip; Voting will open once the last Band have played their Set! 🎸
2 Bands will qualify for the Semi-Finals in May! 🤩

The competing bands for Heat 5:
Nerve Agents:
Nerve Agents are a Metalcore/Nu-Metal band based in East Lancashire, formed in 2022. The band draws inspiration from a diverse palette of influences, with a nod to the heavy and melodic stylings of bands such as Killswitch Engage, Atreyu, Underoath and Korn. Brace yourself for the sonic rebellion that is Nerve Agents, where each performance is a visceral experience and a testament to the enduring spirit of Metal.
Rock Paper Sister:
Rock Paper Sister are a Huddersfield based, female fronted four piece band. Utilising melodic vocals, huge riffs, creative bass lines and flamboyant drums, they deliver their own unique brand of high voltage Funk Rock.
Spire Circle:
Spire Circle is a Manchester based Electronic, Post-Punk band known for blending sharp rhythms, melodic hooks and gritty but powerful production. Their sound pulls from the edges of Indie Rock, New Wave, Electronic and Heavy Experimental music and Modern Alternative resulting in a dynamic style that’s both dancefloor ready and crushingly aggressive.
Pre-Empted:
A three piece “Trash Punk” band emerging in 2022 from Blackburn and Darwen, Pre-Empted blends Hardcore Punk and Metal into a genre defying sound. A lively and unhinged band with an experimental, unique blend of Hardcore Punk and many genres of Metal to create their style. They mix the catchiness and lifestyle views of Hardcore Punk with the brutal mess of breakdowns inspired by numerous Metal sub genres.
