Coming together to honor our grief in community
About this Event

Metabolizing Collective Grief: A Work That Reconnects Workshop is part of a series of grief circles happening on the first and third Sundays of the month this winter. Come to one or all, as you feel called (sign up for the mailing list to hear about future offerings).

Our gathering on January 18th will provide a space to honor and process our grief in a supportive container, utilizing some core practices from .

All forms of grief are welcome - the loss of loved ones, life transitions, grappling with genocide, the unraveling of American "democracy," ecological chaos, etc. This in-person gathering will provide a sacred space to be present with the feelings in our bodies, be witnessed, and connect with community.

By creating space for our collective grief to be felt and expressed, we reaffirm and strengthen our interconnection with the web of life.

Space is limited - registration in advance is required.

Sliding scale monetary contributions will cover the costs of the space, supplies, and some of the facilitator's time. 20% of all funds raised will be donated to Palestine Children’s Relief Fund and Portland Immigrant Rights Coalition. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Accessibility and Health Information:

The Friends Meetinghouse is ADA accessible.

There will be air purifiers running. Masking is not required but is very welcome.

If you've been exposed to anyone who's sick or you're experiencing symptoms, please stay home.

Contact springcreekherbs -at- gmail.com with any questions.

To hear about offerings, visit and sign up for the mailing list.
