Come join Millersburg SDA Church at Holmes County Fairgrounds at Harvest Ridge to be a part of making this event a success! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with various tasks throughout the event. Whether you're a seasoned volunteer or new to helping out, we welcome you to join us. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, gain experience, and help spread the gospel message right here in Ohio. This event is for a limited time, June 28 - July 6 2025; take advantage of this opportunity to be part of something incredible!

Messiah’s Mansion is a life-size replica of the Sanctuary. It’s a combination of a museum, living history, and a step back into Bible times. It is a traveling exhibit that goes where it is invited, and Millersburg SDA Church has invited it to Holmes County (Ohio Amish Country)! Tours are offered for 9 days, with tours being offered every 15-30 minutes depending on guest volume. Tours last 1hr 15 minutes. This is a great way to introduce Holmes County residents and those from surrounding areas to learn about the sanctuary message. Messiah’s Manson reports they can have as many as 2,000+ guests come tour the sanctuary during the 9 days of tours - what an incredible way to reach people with the gospel message! We are a small, rural church and need extra hands to help the event run smoothly. We are reaching out to Ohio Pathfinders to ask for volunteers for this outreach event. We are expecting a lot of interest in Bible studies being generated from this event, and we are even hiring a short-term Bible worker to help with all the follow-up. In other words, this is a BIG deal!

We are looking for volunteer Pathfinders age 13+, TLTs, Pathfinder staff, and Pathfinder parents. We need volunteers from noon-7pm. You can volunteer for one day or multiple days! Each day of the event the volunteers will rotate through the different locations: the welcome tent as a greeter, prayer tent, survey tent, and, when needed, parking attendants.

Whether your Pathfinder club is big or small, we can use your help. We need 3-4 volunteers on weekdays and 5-6 volunteers on weekends. The daily mix of volunteers does not need to be from the same club; we can have people each day from different clubs, or all volunteers from one club. We are located in Ohio's Amish Country, a perfect location for a day trip if a parent brings their Pathfinder for volunteering while they go sight-seeing. Of course, we welcome parents to come volunteer for the day, too!

Daily Schedule:
Noon-1pm: lunch and orientation

1pm -7pm: volunteers rotate through the different volunteer stations: greeter at the welcome tent, prayer tent warriors, collect surveys in the survey tent, and, when needed, parking attendants

5pm-6:30pm: volunteers take turns getting dinner (we won’t all eat at the same time in order to make sure the event is always staffed)

7pm: tours end for the day

Dress code: We ask that the volunteers wear a solid-color polo shirt or dress shirt. Khaki, black or blue pants. Females may wear pants or a skirt that reaches at least to below their knees. No jeans or shorts please. If you don't have a polo shirt we will have some extras that a volunteer can borrow for the day. Please let us know your size in advance.

This is just the way the website keeps track of volunteers for us, there is no charge to you and you don’t need to worry about showing us tickets when you arrive.
