HOW TO ENTER
All participants must sign up at least one hour before the competition begins.
Visit the Cosplay Sign‑Up Table to complete the official entry form.
The form includes:
• Participant & character name
• Age and contact info
• Costume type (handmade, purchased, or mixed)
• Guild affiliation (optional)
• Performance notes (poses, skits, props)
• Competition category selection
Categories:
* Best Craftsmanship
* Best Performance/Presentation
* Best Group Cosplay
* Best Youth Cosplay (under 16)
COMPETITION RULES
To keep the Realm safe, joyful, and family‑friendly, all participants agree to the following:
1. Eligibility & Sign‑Up
• Must complete the official sign‑up form before the competition.
• Minors under 16 must have a parent/guardian present.
• Sign‑ups close one hour before showtime.
2. Attire & Presentation
• Costumes may be handmade, purchased, or mixed.
• All attire must be appropriate for a family‑friendly event.
• No real weapons or dangerous props—foam, plastic, or clearly safe replicas only.
• Heraldic garb, rogue coats, ship crew colors, ceremonial cloaks, and fandom cosplay are all welcome.
3. Performance & Conduct
• Each participant will have a brief moment on stage to present their character.
• Respect fellow competitors—no disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Group entries must coordinate their presentation within the time limit.
4. Judging & Categories
• Judging is based on craftsmanship, creativity, performance, and overall impact.
• Categories: Craftsmanship, Performance, Group, Youth.
• Judges’ decisions are final.
5. Safety & Respect
• Costumes must allow safe movement and visibility.
• No pyrotechnics, open flames, or hazardous materials.
• Respect all guilds, royals, vendors, and sponsors—this is a celebration of community.
