Mervyn Stutter continues with Hosenbury Undercover's tradition of hosting musical evenings in Hose Church. Mervyn is also a well-known comedian with a sharp line in satirical comedy. He is renowned in Edinburgh Festival circles for the past 30 years for hosting 'Mervyn Stutter's Pick of the Fringe' - a selection of acts comprising comedy, theatre, cabaret, music, dance, and even circus! Think of it as a cross between the Royal Variety Show and Live at the Apollo! Mervyn also has many credits as a writer and performer on radio and TV. Come along to Hose Church on Friday 11 October 2024 to witness Mervyn in action, with music and laughter guaranteed!

Hose Church is a delightful venue in the centre of the village on Bolton Lane next to the green. We have hosted several well-attended musical evenings here in recent years, with performers saying what a pleasure it was to play in such a lovely environment with superb acoustics.
