Missed Holiday Trains at Auburn Heights earlier in December? You’re in luck! We’re opening our doors for two additional holiday weekends so you can enjoy the sights, sounds, and spirit of the season at Auburn Heights.
Bring your friends and family, do some last-minute Christmas shopping in our gift shop, and make a holiday visit to the Marshall mansion and Marshall Steam Museum on December 12 and December 19 from 1-4 pm.
Step inside the beautifully decorated mansion and explore the museum’s collection of antique automobiles and trains while enjoying special holiday activities throughout the day.
At the Marshall Steam Museum:
Photos with Santa: Get your holiday photo with Santa in one of Auburn Heights’ historic antique automobiles!
Explore our model train displays, including operating N, HO, and O scale layouts.
Bring your holiday train troubles to our Model Train Clinic! Did your Christmas train not work this year? Bring it along and consult with our knowledgeable volunteers about ways to troubleshoot, repair, restore, or retire your model trains and collections.
Enjoy holiday crafts and activities for the whole family.
At the Marshall Mansion:
Tour the historic mansion beautifully decorated for the holidays.
Write a letter to Santa with Mrs. Claus
Whether you’re continuing a family holiday tradition, looking for a festive afternoon with friends and family, or hoping to get that favorite Christmas train back on track, Merry Mansion & Museum Saturdays are a chance to slow down, celebrate the season, and enjoy Auburn Heights all dressed up for the holidays.
