DJ: Merlin Sky
Having toured Coast to Coast as a DJ, performing for both ecstatic dances and festival stages, Merlin has become known for his spellbinding full-range sets, and hard-hitting drops.
A lifelong dancer, Merlin understands the necessity of crafting dynamic flows that allow for many different planes of physical and emotional expression - ranging from intentional ecstatic dance waves, all the way to late-night warehouse throw-downs. He enjoys creating these experiences with many genres: trap and world bass infusions, house and techno, latin and world beats, medicine music, and more.
A Creative Human from the West Coast, Merlin is here to make Magic, and express the dance of life with his unique sonic wizardry.

Shannon Sahaja is an embodied alchemist with 2 decades dedicated to geeking out on the fine art of facilitation. She has a unique ability to create safety for her students while spicing things up with humor and spontaneity.
Her current commitment is to building a firm foundation for those wanting and willing to learn the true art and technique of contact Improvisation. She had the great good fortune to study with: Nancy Stark Smith, Kathleen Hermesdorf, Scott Wells, Andrew Harwood, Chris Aiken, Martin Keogh, Kirstie Simpson, Lisa Nelson, and Ray Chung.

Katie McClung is a yoga instructor, visual artist, musician, educator, and dance enthusiast who has been a part of the ecstatic dance community for over a decade. She has also been a non profit program manager and events manager for many years. Katie combines her skills, interests, talents, and playfulness in order to create an inviting space and joyous experience for dance attendees.

Ecstatic Dance is a Freeform Conscious Dance, Mixed by a Seasoned DJ for a Continuous Sonic Journey. Move however you wish, without verbal guidance, shoes, or booze. Music will flow through various Tempos, Genres, Intensities, and Emotions, so that Dancers may Experience, Express, and Transform their own Energies on the Dancefloor Together.
