Parnu Smelt party is a series of events organized as part of the Parnu Smelt festival.
On Pärnu Day, April 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the festival’s grand opening celebration (free) will take place at Martens Square, and from April 5–26, smelt menus will be available in Pärnu restaurants and all across Estonia!
