The 2025 CT Rivers Council Merit Badge Madness event being held on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Xavier High School in Middletown, CT. The cost this year will again only be $25.00 per Scout. For updated information and to register please visit the event web page at:

Any registered member of a Scouts BSA Troop are welcome to attend. We welcome Scouts from any District or Council. Please share with the families in your Troop if they would like to attend.
New for this year: We will be using electronic blue cards!!! A link will be sent to the registration contact for each Scout to download blue cards approximately one week after the event
