To commemorate our first birthday, we will be having a very special and very limited dinner and guided tasting event on Thursday Dec 5th....Amy Yockey, Certified Executive Bourbon Steward, will lead you through a guided tasting of the following rare Bourbons from Buffalo Trace Distillery:
Eagle Rare 10 year
Eagle Rare 17 year
Double Eagle Very Rare 20 year
The chef at Pompilios kitchen is working closely with our bar staff to create the perfect plate to pair with each Bourbon.
Guests will receive a welcome cocktail and light bites beginning at 6:30pm.
Dinner service and the guided tasting will begin at 7pm.
