Meow and Gong - Gong Bath Sound Healing with Cats

Enjoy the company of resident cats who have perfected the art of chilling. They will not meow along with the gong, but they make incredible judgement-free companions for letting go, zoning out, and sinking into deep rest.

Think of it as a mini holiday for your nervous system. The gong sound and vibration wash over you, helping your system slow down and settle. Each session feels different, offering the support you most need in that moment. Some people drift into deep rest, some feel clearer, and some simply enjoy the rare chance to lie down and do absolutely nothing while a cat supervises.

If you are stressed, tired, burnout or in need of a reset, this is your invitation to tune inwards, breathe, and let the sound do its thing. You might walk out lighter, calmer, or at the very least, inspired by how well the cats model a relaxed lifestyle.

This is a cosy semi private session for up to five mats.

• One booking admits one person only. Please make a separate booking if you're coming with a friend.
• As this is a home studio, the full address will be shared after your booking is confirmed.
• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in. To keep the session peaceful for everyone, latecomers will not be admitted and fees will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
• Mats will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing for lying down.
• What to bring: a small cushion or towel if you like extra support under your head, and an optional eye mask for a more immersive experience.
• This is a cat-friendly home and one or two cats may wander around during the session. As we love our cats as much as you love your family members, we unfortunately cannot accommodate requests to keep the cats away from you.
• A minimum of two participants is needed for the session to proceed, so please book early if you plan to join.
