We’ll explore how to lean into discomfort and shift reactivity through breath, stillness, and somatic awareness. Through:

• Somatic Stretching to embody stillness in gravity-held poses

• Breathwork to balance intensity with calm

• Cold Plunge + Sauna to integrate the tools in real-time challenges

⭐️ Who: Aldo Jaquez holds certifications in Breathwork, Meditation, and Mindset Coaching. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, he is deeply dedicated to consciousness practices and self-exploration. After studying at Boston University, he spent 14 years in the hospitality industry, where he became inspired to begin helping others elevate their mindset and practices.
