Welcome to the bHoys pole club.We'll be looking at cracking out human flags, dragon flags, arm only climbs, and a plethora of cool stuff to show off at the local bus stop post, all whilst learning how not to smash your gonads on the pole (i've seen it happen.)
Wear shorts and a vest as you'll need to be able to grip the pole in your armpit.
