Info: Friday, June 26th kicks off the Real Men Deserve Therapy Men’s Mental Health Weekend with an evening focused on healing, connection, family, and community empowerment. From 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM, attendees can expect live music, guest speakers, wellness conversations, family activities, youth engagement, food vendors, resource tables, prayer, networking, and interactive experiences designed to create a safe space for men and families to come together. This evening is all about unity, awareness, encouragement, and reminding every man that healing is possible and support is available.

Info: Saturday, June 27th, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM will be the official Real Men Deserve Therapy Men’s Mental Health Day experience — a powerful afternoon centered around healing, brotherhood, emotional wellness, and growth. Co-hosts Reggie Jones of Win Each Moment LLC, Mike Ford of Guns Down Gloves Up, Coach Mike of Walk It Out America, and Tony McCracken of One Day at a Time Foundation will lead various small group sessions, mental health awareness activities, safe-space conversations, coping skill exercises, and live wellness activities designed to help attendees reduce stress, stimulate positive endorphins, and strengthen mental resilience. Attendees can expect interactive conversations, encouragement, movement-based exercises, community resources, music, networking, and a supportive environment focused on helping men heal, grow, and feel empowered.
