Mentoring - skills and opportunities

The session will provide an introduction and overview of the CIPD Member to Member mentoring scheme as well as some skills building for mentors and mentees.

Members can expect to gain an understanding of the CIPD mentoring scheme and how to join as a mentor and/or mentee. The skills building section will focus on the mentor and mentee partnership and enabling success through effective exploration.

Timings

18:30-19:00 - Arrival and networking, coffee and snacks

19:00-20:30 - Session

About the speaker

Richard Wells, Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor, Wellrun Solutions Ltd.

Richard has a track record of leading and delivering transformational people change programmes for global and national organisations as a CHRO, Consultant and Advisor with over 25 C Suite experience.

Richard will be joined by Kate Hamilton, Chair of the CIPD Branch in Surrey and North Hampshire.
