HR Partner, Impact Business Consulting Pty Ltd

Barbara is the Director of Impact Business Consulting, a HR consultancy that works in the SME sector. With over 20 years of HR and management experience, Barbara provides advice, leadership coaching, learning and development, and general HR support to her clients.

Barbara holds two postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management and Leadership and Coaching, as well as an undergraduate degree in International Business. She is also a Member in Practice with the Australian HR Institute, a mentor and presenter with the Brisbane Business Hub, and a contributor to various online publications, including the "Accountants Daily".
