Mentor Recruitment Mixer

Join the National CARES Mentoring Movement, in partnership with our Detroit CARES Mentoring Movement affiliate, for our Mentor Recruitment Mixer. This community-centered gathering brings together current mentors, prospective mentors, facilitators, and program partners in a relaxed setting focused on building relationships and strengthening our collective impact. Whether you’re new to mentoring or have years of experience to share, this event is an opportunity to connect with others who care deeply about supporting young people.
We are seeking volunteers to serve as mentors and subject matter experts across a variety of topics and career fields. During the mixer, you’ll learn about our programs, hear what young people need most right now, and discover how your experience, skills, and passion can make a meaningful and lasting difference.
Light refreshments will be served, and limited free parking will be available in the adjacent lot.
