Mental Well-being is a group offering to connect and share experiences related to mental well-being. Find practical advice on creating a balanced life, building supportive connections and exploring holistic well-being. Led By: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ondo Joy Ziemke, MDiv, LMSW
Joy is passionate about being helpful to people who are looking for someone who can actually hear what is going on with them to help them find their answers.
She has pursued spirituality, psychology and now mindfulness practice and teachings to see more deeply the body, mind, and spirit connections and in particular, how we obstruct ourselves through habitual or addictive behaviors to avoid or control emotional and physical pain.
She has done this primarily through intensive meditation practice in conjunction with years of education.
