In a one-hour tennis match, a player averages approximately 75% or more of the time spent on court, not hitting the ball! 🎾 How much time do you spend training/practicing how to think & prepare in between points for peak performance in singles, or how to communicate & bring out the best in you or your partner? How many times have you felt “you played down” to your opponent(s), or that your practice level & match play level are different? 💭🧠 On January 3, Brian Lomax of PerformanceXtra, current mental toughness coach to RFL Owner Jim Burda (the #1 ranked doubles player nationally in men’s 60s & top 10 nationally in singles), & US Open Junior Qualifier Kaya Moe, & Bronze Ball Winner Karina Moe, will travel to RFL to work with our competitive adults & juniors along with RFL’s Jim Burda & Erika Moe.
This program will include classroom work with Brian coupled with on-court peak performance execution with Jim & Erika. 👨🏼🏫

🔹 9:00 to 11:30 AM: Adults 3.5-4.0 Level
🔹 12:00 to 2:30 PM: Adults 2.5-3.0 Level
🔹 3:00 to 5:30 PM: Elite 1 & 2 Juniors/4.5+ Adults
