We're excited to hear from Ruth Brennan Morrey on mental skills training for high school athletes. Kick off the spring track (or any sport) season with this informative and inspirational talk that will help athletes find their true potential.
Brennan Morrey has a degree in Athletic Counseling/Sport Psychology (Springfield College), a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology (UW-Madison), and a mindset coaching certification from Positive Performance Mindset Coach Academy. She also finds great joy and purpose in coaching youth athletes. She intentionally infuses character development and mindset skills into daily practices and loves watching her athletes reveal their confidence, fearlessness, and self-belief on the soccer pitch which translates into their everyday lives.
