Mental Resilience : Mindful Carving & A Dialogue on Mental Well-Being

In this three-hour experience, participants will rotate between two 1.5-hour sessions:

Join The Possible Class for a hands-on stamp-carving workshop, where you will develop your own design, learn the basics of carving and create a handcrafted stamp that is uniquely yours.

Then, join in the open and grounded dialogue about mental health led by Eternami - exploring mental well-being, resilience and how we can better support ourselves and those around us.

Participants will be divided into two groups, with one beginning with stamp carving and the other with the mental health dialogue before switching sessions.

No artistic experience is needed. Just come with an open mind!

Stamp Carving Session with The Possible Class

The workshop is delivered to you by The Possible Class (TPC) & Eternami.

Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Participants who arrive late may miss parts of the session. The workshop will end at the scheduled time and no extension or refund will be provided for late arrivals.
2. This workshop involves the use of carving tools and ink materials. By attending, participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for handling tools carefully and following all safety instructions given by the coach. TPC & Eternami will not be liable for any injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions.
3. Ink may stain fabrics. Participants are advised to dress comfortably and avoid wearing delicate or light-coloured clothing. TPC & Eternami will not be responsible for any staining of personal attire.
4. All materials required for the workshop will be provided. As this is a hands-on creative session, outcomes may vary and TPC & Eternami does not guarantee any specific finished result.
5. Photos or videos may be taken during the workshop for documentation and marketing purposes. Please inform the team upon arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.
6. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. TPC & Eternami will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal items during the workshop.

Cancellation policy

1. Confirmed bookings are non-cancellable or refundable. In the event of no-show, no refund will be made.
2. A full refund will be made to you if:

• The event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
• TPC & Eternami reserves the right to cancel the workshop in such instance and you will be notified 5 days before the start of the workshop.
