On February 12th, 2026, we’re bringing together voices who have lived the job—law enforcement, military, leadership, and families who have felt the weight of service long after the shift ends.
This conference exists to talk about what’s often neglected:
• Critical incidents and their aftermath
• Accumulated stress that builds quietly over years
• Leadership, culture, and internal politics
• Identity, purpose, and survival beyond the uniform
• The impact this work has on families—and the warning signs we can’t afford to miss
Each speaker brings lived experience, not theory. No fluff. No ego. No sugarcoating.
