We are going to learn techniques to lessen meltdowns and calm our mind and body while our parents enjoy an hour of sound bowl healing and yoga.
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm

1. Parents and children start together. We connect through vibrations with sound bowls for the first 5 minutes
2. We then split into our parent child therapeutic sessions.
