Mental Maintenance for People People

The expectations of People People have never been higher. Right now, they are being expected to engineer quick solutions to big cultural problems (like mental health and diversity and inclusion) while still doing their day job. Throw in huge organisational and structural changes, rising stress-related illness, the need to make redundancies and an ‘always-on’ culture - no wonder so many feel frazzled.

At Self Space, we’re lucky enough to work with People People both within the therapy room and within businesses. We’ve noticed a bit like therapists or those in the helping professions, they spend so much of their time looking out for other people.

Mental Maintenance for People People is a chance to prioritise themselves and think about their own care.

Facilitated by our Psychoeducation Manager and our Psychoeducation Lead, we'll open up space to honestly reflect on what you're facing, connect and to equip you with meaningful tools to attend to your own wellbeing.

It's cheesy but it's true: you cant pour from an empty cup.
