After the summer break, we are back! Join us for an exciting day of fun and well-being at our Mental Hygge Barbecue!
This event is a unique opportunity to relax, socialize, and engage in fun activities about mental well-being in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
More than just an outdoor summer barbecue. It's an opportunity to connect with others, learn something new about mental health, all in a relaxed and fun setting, for an enjoyable day in good company.
What to expect:
• Delicious Barbecue: Enjoy the atmosphere of a summer barbecue! Bring your own food to grill or something to share with others, if you want. The grill will be ready from 3pm until 5pm, don't be late if you want to grill 😉
• Fun Activities: Participate in games and interactive activities designed to promote relaxation and well being.
• Mental Well-Being: Join in on lively discussions where you can learn and share experiences with other participants.
The BBQ will be in the mini-fodboldbane area at Odense harbour.
